IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Interac Online Payments
Interac Online (IOP) is being sunset by Interac. As of May 22, 2024, you will not be able to pay for online purchases using Interac Online through your Northern Savings account. This includes retail merchants, as well as Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) remittances.There are a variety of widely accepted alternatives available that can handle your payment needs.

Collabria - Potential Phishing Site
Our credit card provider, Collabria, has recently identified a suspicious website, collabriacreditcards.life, which appears to be a phishing site designed to capture Collabria cardholder details.
Collabria's security team is actively working to address this risk and mitigate any potential harm to cardholders.

e-Transfers and iOS 17.4.1 Update
If you've recently updated to iOS 17.4.1, you may encounter a temporary disruption when trying to access e-transfers through Safari.
Our payments provider is actively working on resolving this issue. In the meantime, you can still access your e-transfers by using alternative browsers like Firefox or Chrome.
To make your e-transfers even more convenient, why not consider enabling auto-deposit on your account? This feature allows you to receive e-transfers directly into your account without the need for security questions or password entries.

Effective April 1, 2024, Credential Securities, Credential Asset Management, Qtrade Asset Management and Qtrade Advisor will merge under the new name Aviso Wealth.
