Credit Card Transition

In January 2018, Northern Savings unveiled a new suite of Mastercard® credit cards. If you are a currently a CUETS Financial credit card holder there will be no immediate changes to your Northern Savings credit card, you can continue to use your Mastercard® as you always have.

What this means for current CUETS card holders

  • You will automatically receive a credit card from our new supplier by mail
  • The credit card will be similar in features and benefits to your existing card and we will outline all these attributes to you in a later communication
  • Should your new card not be the right fit, you can contact us and we will assist you in selecting a card with other features
  • You can continue to manage your CUETS Mastercard® by visiting the CUETS website >

Timing & Communications

  • We are working with both credit card providers on dates for the credit card transition
  • We anticipate new cards will be received by our members in June 2018
  • We will continue to communicate with you as updates become available
  • Communications from us and our providers will also be mailed directly to credit card holders

Travelling?

If you are a Northern Savings' CUETS Mastercard® holder, continue to inform CUETS of your travel plans in order to avoid inconveniences with your Northern Savings CUETS Mastercard®. Contact CUETS at 1.800.568.8111.

If your Mastercard® is lost or stolen during your travels, contact CUETS immediately
