Service Fee Changes

These changes will come into effect on September 1, 2020.

Our aim is to bring you the exceptional service and the tools you need to achieve your financial goals. With that in mind, we're making exciting changes and minor fee adjustments to ensure we consistently deliver on this promise.

Below are the accounts/fees that are changing. If an account or fee is not listed, there are no changes to that particular account/fee.

Paper Statement Fee - $2.00

This new fee doesn't apply to our Classic members (60 years and over) or our Youth members (18 years and under).

Pay-As-You-Go Account - $4.00/month Expand/Collapse

Previously, this account was $3.00/month. This account now includes 12 free debits each month (previously none included).

Essential Account - $10.00/month Expand/Collapse

Previously, this account was $9.00/month. This account now includes the ability to send five free e-Transfers each month (previously none included).

  • Enjoy no monthly-fee if you maintain a minimum monthly balance of $2,000

Enhanced Account - $15.00/month Expand/Collapse

Previously, this account was $14.00/month. This account now includes the ability to send unlimited free e-Transfers each month (previously none included).

  • Enjoy no monthly-fee if you maintain a minimum monthly balance of $3,000

Ultimate Account - $23.00/month Expand/Collapse

Previously, this account was $20.00/month. This account now includes the ability to send unlimited free e-Transfers each month (previously none included), on top of the unlimited debits and deposits already offered.

  • Enjoy no monthly-fee if you maintain a minimum monthly balance of $5,000

Classic Ultimate Account* - $10.00/month Expand/Collapse

Previously, this account was $8.00/month. This account now includes the ability to send unlimited free e-Transfers each month (previously none included), on top of the unlimited debits and deposits already offered.
  • Enjoy no monthly-fee if you maintain a minimum monthly balance of $3,000

*This account is available for members who are 60 years old or older.

Student Account Expand/Collapse

This account now includes the ability to send five free e-Transfers each month (previously none included).

Business 100 Account Expand/Collapse

This account now includes unlimited free e-Transfers each month (previously none included).

US Business Pay-As-You-Go Account - $4.00/month Expand/Collapse

Previously, this account was $3.00/month.
