Telephone Banking
Need to do banking while you are out of town or away from a computer? Telephone banking allows you to take care of your banking needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need to access our telephone banking system is a touch-tone phone and a personal access code (PAC) - which is the same PAC you use to access our online banking system.
Changes to our telephone banking system
We have updated our telephone banking system. The biggest changes are:
- a new telephone number to access the system - 1.844.778.4133
- new prompts - please listen to all the voice promptsthe first few times of using the new service
- the personal access code will be the same one you currently use to login to online banking
