August Business of the Month

Their Story

Causeway Convenience Store is locally owned and operated by Haida Gwaii locals, Joe and Jeff Lavoie, who have recently purchased the business.

Causeway Convenience Store is  centrally located at 101 Causeway Street in the heart of the Village of Queen Charlotte.

Open 7 days a week from 7:00am – 11:00pm.

"Northern Savings provided local options for financing that worked for our businesses situation. Keeping business within the local economy has been a driving philosophy for us from the start.

The team at our local branch has always gone out of their way to help us when needed. It's great to deal with local people that have as much invested as we do."
