This Direct Services Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the Depositor’s use of Direct Services. The Financial Institution does not offer Direct Services other than in accordance with these terms and conditions. By requesting and using Direct Services, the Depositor acknowledges their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

In consideration of the Financial Institution providing access to any of the Depositor’s Accounts using Direct Services, the Depositor agrees to the following agreement:
